This page is intentionally empty rather than filled with stock photography and invented homeowner quotes. As Roof Vital completes work across Greater Portland, Southern Maine and the New Hampshire Seacoast, each project will be added here with:
- City and roof age
- Roof size in squares and condition found at assessment
- The homeowner's original concern
- Why the roof qualified for rejuvenation
- Preparation performed before treatment
- Before, during and after photography
- The outcome, described plainly
- A homeowner comment, only where one was given

- Look for the disqualified jobs. A company that has never turned a roof down isn't assessing roofs.
- Check whether the photos are of that roof. Stock imagery and manufacturer photos are not evidence of a contractor's work.
- Look for conditions found, not just outcomes. A real case study names the decking condition, the flashing, and the ventilation.
- Be suspicious of uniform five-star quotes. Real homeowner feedback is specific and uneven.
